1860 help...Schubeck/Schopeck ...maybe Fond du Lac or Sheboygan??

Family stories say that my family was in Fond du Lac, WI around 1860. It might be Sheboygan (not sure how close these two locations are). I have searched myself, but am not coming up with the family.

The surname is Schopack, Schopeck, Schobeck, Schubeck or some variation of this. I think there would be a dad (unknown name), wife: Elizabeth. They had a daughter, Lena or Lenor (she may have been born after the census, I'm not sure). They have several other children: Frank b. abt 1838 (he may not be living with them...at some point he was in St. Louis), Theresa b. 1846, a sister older than Theresa with an unknown name (it might be Katherine)...and they may have other children too.

I think everyone was b. Bohemia (except the youngest girl, Lena).

I'm told that Mr. Schopeck was a farmer.

I think the older sister married Mr. Pinto (maybe Pinter).

Theresa married Frank Erlhoff (they met in Chicago...so at some point Theresa is there).

By 1870...Theresa is married and living in Chicago.

I think the dad probably died in WI.

Any help with this family would be helpful. They somehow connect with the Landgraf family too. I can explain why I know this if you're interested (long story).
