I am looking for geneology on my ggrandmother Viola Audrey Kahn-Meyer b. 12 May 1897, d. May 1986. Her name at birth may have been Violet. I am unsure of the spelling of her last name; it may have been spelled Khan or Koehn. Her father was a stow-away from Berlin during WWI, and my ggrandma may have been born in Germany as well, if not Wisconsin.
She married my ggrandpa Meyer (name and dates unknown) around the mid-19'teens. They gave birth to my grandmother Dorothy May (b.14 November 1916, d.2000) and to Winnifer Meyer. I believe either my ggrandpa Kahn or Meyer had a bakery in Wisconsin, possibly Madison or Milwaukee, the last known place of residences.
