Another spelling that may help is von Schoenebeck.

There was also an Ella Schubeck that Married the Prime Minister of Bavaria Ritter Von Kahr. Hitler had him assasinated because he publicly opposed him. The Beer Hall Putsch. Ella Schubeck and her children were not even allowed by Hitler to wear mourning attire after his brutal murder. The Schubeck family was a part of the Austrian Hungarian monarchy but was not spelled Schubeck.... this spelling later came when the royal title Von was dropped , then the Census in the US further changed the spelling of the name as they HEARD it. This is the reason for the variations.

The lines of this name that descended from the monarchy came to the US to train the calvary after the fall of the Hapsburg dynasty. They all had the royal title Vin... so in your searching you must include this.
