Newton Cemetery is west of County Highway O on McKittrick Lane one tenth (mile) south of Newton Road. Buried there are

BEMIS, Charles Ashley (24 Je. 1817 - 29 Nov. 1881, 64-5-5) & Hulda H. (23 Dec. 1820 - 20 Oct. 1891)

BEMIS, Harry, 9 Apr. 1862, 33.

In Harmony, 1880: BEMIS, Charles, 62, NH NH NH; Huldy, 56, Can NH NH; ch. Wm. W., 18, NY, & Hattie S., 17 _.

RootsWeb [Family Trees] has the family of Timothy BEMIS, father of Charles. It also says Hulda's maiden name was GREENE.
