Matilda was Harlow's first wife. She died between 1920 and 1926. Odd that you didn't find her in the cemetery also.
Harlow was born in April 1888 so the SSDI information certainly looks like his. Maybe the typist thought Harlow was a misprint and typed in a name that sounded close.
