I'm trying to research my grandfather's family who lived in Neenah, WI in the early 1900's. My great-grandparents were William Schultz and Ellen Rafke (possibly Reffke). Theyhad 5 children: Ken, Ron, Don, Jeanette, and Harry. Harry was my grandfather born on December 20, 1925. Because my grandfather was bounced around betweeen family members as a child, his family history is very much unclear.
Is there anyone in the Winnebago Co. area who might have information?
