I am researching another leg of this family. What I have but have not been able to verify follows. Father is Joseph Winegardner, B-about 11 May 1756 in Alsase, France or Germany. He died in Darke Co., Ohio about 1835. Mother is Francis
San(t)ford. They were married about 1787, possibly in N. Carolina. Sibllings are John born about 1788 married to Diadama York. Elizabeth born about 1798 married to John Ryerson. Margaret married to Moses Bunger. Catherine born about 1803 and married to Robert Jellison. Jacob born about 1805 and married to Lousia Worst. Francis a sister. Lewis born about 1799. One other male unidentified. The family moved to Ohio about 1810 settling in and around Darke, Preble and Butler Counties. About 1835 most of the members moved to Carroll and Cass Counties in Indiana along with the York family.
