James Harris and his his wife, Elizabeth, moved from Virginia in 1791 to Wake County, North Carolina and resided there near the line of Franklin Co.He died there Nov 13, 1823.It was stated that he was a wealthy man and left a "considerable estate for each of his children"Elizabeth
