Sharon. My g-grandfather, Benjamin Franklin Wonder was a brother to your ancestor, Nancy Jane. I have documented information regarding this family back to their emigration from Germany. There is a lot of mis-information out there; however, I have researched this family very carefully. Benjamin Franklin's father, as you know, was Benjamin (D.) Wonder whose parents were Andrew and Catharine (Swartz) Wonder. Andrew emigrated with his father, Christian Wunder and Christian's brother, Jacob, on the ship "Polly" in 1764. They landed in Philadelphia and moved on to York County. Andrew was a Revolutionary War soldier of the Pennsylvania Line. I have tons of information on this family and would love to share with you. You have information I didn't have, i.e., Sophia's last name. Please contact me at ytakis@AOL.com and lets compare notes. Thanks, yvonne
