Frances. Thanks for your help. I did know about Johan and have copies of Rupp's page concerning Johan. Unfortunately, he isn't my line. The Daniel Wander you mentioned also is not of my line, but there were many Wunders, Wonders who were in Bedford Co. PA. If you haven't already done this, you might also check out Strassbourg's book on ship's lists and "New World Immigrants" by Michael Tepper. Both of these books can be reviewed by interlibrary loan. Go to your library and ask them to get the books for you under interlibrary loan. Since you already have the date and ship's name, you might find out more information. Most of the emigrants stayed in German settlements close to Philadelphia prior to settling down in another area. York Co. is another good resource for the Wunder/Wonder family.
