Obit: Lola Davidson Wooldridge - Tupelo, MS
Lola Davidson Wooldridge, 71, died May 11, 2008, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born in Euclatubba Community of Lee County on Feb. 2, 1937, the daughter of Audie Davidson and Sudie Mae Sanders Davidson. A lifelong Lee Countian, she worked for over 20 years at Daybrite Lighting in Tupelo. She was an active member of The First Baptist Church Shannon. Her hobbies include sewing, yard work and gardening, watching baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. She was a godly woman who loved going to church and uplifting her family and many friends.
Services were at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland-Harris Funeral Directors with burial in Lee Memorial Park.
Survivors included her five children, Diane (Larry) Inmon of Palmetto, Dorthy Sue (Johnny) Hallmark of Baldwyn, Jimmy Mallette of Guntown, Mark (Lisa) Mallette of Tupelo and Norman (Jeff) Hilliard of Shannon; her grandchildren who affectionately new her as MaMaw; four great-grandchildren; five brothers, Leon Davidson of Baldwyn, Clinton Davidson of Baldwyn, Bill Davidson of Guntown, Jeffrey Davidson of Guntown and Joe Davidson of Jackson, Tenn.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Anna Smtih, Pat McCarley and Durrell Davidson.
