Not much respect for each other's opinion here I see. I grew up on the Fort Totten Indian reservation in North Dakota. As a Dakota (Sioux) and a historian I had to put my feelings aside while I learned about the past. I have been called a Custer lover by my Indian friends, and been shut out by the Custermaniacs. Terry, I know how you feel and respect you for it. For those who don't know what to do at those sites or how to feel after, just remembering those who fell and trying to prevent it from happening again is the best thing anyone can do.
