Hi,
I am looking for relatives of a George Cupp that was living in Kirby, Hardy County, WV in June 1888. I saw a newspaper note about him striking another man in the leg accidentily with an axe. Would anyone have heard more about that story. We are trying to track the other man. Thanks for any help.
