I only found this tax list for Silas. I found several things about Jesse. From 1802-1805 only John and Silas Kent appear on tax lists in Hampshire co. Court, Land, Wills & Financial > Hampshire County [West] Virginia Personal Property Tax Lists, 1800-1814 I don't know if this is the same Jesse Kent or not.
