Ben Hayes or Connie (Green) Hayes in Wheeling Area

Looking for anyone who knew Benjamin Hayes and Connie Green (married Ben) when they were in the Wheeling WV area during the 1960's. Ben worked at a truck stop on Dallas Pike for his brother Chal (sp) Hayes during this time.

Any help would be appreciated.
