Hi. I am looking for the marriage information for Sylvia HALL (or Sylvia LUELLEN) and Lester Bain HINES. The marriage range is 1940-1945. I know that on his military record in 1942 he's married and they have a child in 1947.

McDowell doesn't have their info online yet and because my family is no longer in the area, I'm unable to get to the courthouse (I'm 4000 miles away). If you would be willing, I would really appreciate your help.
