That makes better sense....HAIRSTON LEWIS, not LEWIS HAIRSTON.
There seems to be a bit of a problem re: b/dates.

2 drs from them is Joseph JOHNSON 53 b WV. I thought perhaps he was Hazel's bro, but think I found him 1880, and he doesn't have a sis.

According to Sam's bdate, and "1st m ae 26" would place marriage date 1898.
There are several Samuels 1880 VA, b same time....have no idea which is correct. I couldn't find a Hazel with ANY surname 1880. She may have been using her other name.
As you can tell from the census, she wasn't b 1892.
Can't do much aft 1930.
