I got a certificate of Baptism of Anthony Kriszko from the St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church in Tams, West Virginia.

B. 10 March 1915
Baptized 14 March 1915

with Parents of Andrew Kriszko and Rosalia Kokotka.

Also found was a birth Certificate of Anthony Kriszko aka Anthony Crisco in Tams W. VA.

Parents Rosalia(Rose) Crisco(Kokotka) and Andrew Crisco(Kriszko). Andrew and Rosalia moved the Delaware.
