Please help identify man in photo

I am trying to find out where this man came from and if he has any family left living..
this photo was taken abt late 1930s to mid l940.
They said he went by Ralph Wright but this may or may not be
his name. He ran away or left home when he was a boy.
He also went by the name of patrick Kane.
He said he was from missouri. He was living in Pike county
at some point. He was also living and working in Itman, WV.
Any help identifing him would be greatly appreciated.
