James Milton Moore is buried in WV, likely in Mingo County, as his son, b. 1896, reported on his draft card that his birthplace was in Mingo County.
James Milton Moore died soon after that son's birth and is known to be buried in WV. His father, Moses Moore, rode a horse from near Letcher Co., KY to WV every year, as long as he was able, to visit his son's grave. If anyone can tell me the area of this grave, I would be most appreciative.
