On the 1900 Pocahontas County Census, Henry Starks is listed as age born 1877, 23 years of age, in household of Sherman clark. Henry is listed as employee, farm laborer. Little Level Dist

On the 1880 Pocahontas County Census there is a Joseph H Starks, age 1, son of Adam and Hannach C Starks. Listed with the family is an Caroline L, l; this must be the twin Carrie. There is an Adam and Hannah Starks are on the 1900 Pendelton Cty WV census; no Joseph H, or Henry or Joseph with them.

There is a Henry H Starks on the 1920 census; he is listed as Henry on 1930 census.
