Years ago sometime before my grandfather Rev. James W. Miller passed away, he told me that we had some cousins that lived in Marlington by the name of Byrd/Bird. The only Bird I can remember was Bob Byrd/Bird. At the last Miller reunion, my Uncle Buck also mentioned the Byrd/Bird family and how they used to go to Marlington to visit with them. I am looking for a connection with this family of Byrd/Bird to my Miller family that lives in Elkins, WV. I don't know if this Byrd/Bird family came to WV from Kentucky, or had relatives in Kentucky where I found the earliest Byrd/Bird in the Miller family, or are or could be relate d to the Ailstock family out of Bath County Va. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
