I am looking for any info on alexander or granville Messer.Granville was in a shootout with a colley and was killed and buried in the Messer cemetary in Pike County I think.Alexander suspose to be with Devil Anse Hatfield at times.this was in a newspaper in 1968.IF they are the ones we think they are they came from Knott County and can not be found in our census after a younger age.Thank you for any info -------------Wilma Sawyers homer 7 saw @yahoo.com
