In 1951, The Preston County Prosecuting Attorney was my Cousin R. Doyne Halbritter. He passed away in 1976 and I inherited all his personal records. There is no notes of Norman Keener's suicide.
The Preston County Journal, in Kingwood, has printed continously since before the Civil War. Doyne reviewed their archives and made copies of most obituary's. I don't have any information of Norman Keener but you should try the Preston County Journal.
