Hi Ron,

Do you know if there are death records for the years 1870-1880 for Preston Co.,WV? I am needing a death record lookup for Peter Fogle b.3-5-1799
His last Census:
1870 Census Grants twp, Monongalia Co.,WV pg.362
(no death record could be found on Peter in Monongalia Co.,WV)

Peter Fogle and wife Ann Arah Higgs [Dent] may have moved and than Peter died in Preston Co.,WV, as he is possibly buried at the Terra Alta Cemetery....tombstone dates are illegible. (even rubbings won't reveal the dates) Ann Arah's tombstone hasn't been found.

Would appreciate any advice on trying to track down a death record on Peter Fogle.
