Hi!

We are seeking to contact a descendant of Robert L.Arthur who wrote the Book in 1982 on William Arters/Arthur 1770-1832. We would like his family to know that we can trace his line to PA. by a new DNA match. Page 150 of his book lists a son Robert L.Arthur. His last known address was Shady Springs,WV.

Also, the book has a copyright,only an heir can get a reprint on the book.
