Looking for relatives of Charles Spurgeon Shaffer. He is listed as operating a Confectionary Business (Pharmacy) in both Webster Springs and Camden-on-Gauley, possibly in Cowen, during 1920's and 1930's. The business in Camden-on-Gauley is in the present day Post Office. I am related to him through one of his daughters, Wynona Marie Sartin. Her mother was Flora Ellen Sartin of Crites Mountain, Braxton County, WV
