I'm researching Charles A. Moffett. He served in WW1 and was killed in France on November 4, 1918. He enlisted in Ohio, but apparently was from West Virginia as evidenced by the URL link listed below. I suppose he should be listed in the 1910 census in one state or the other. Anything anyone can find about him will be greatly useful and appreciated. Thanks!
