Charles S. Sprigg d. 1921 and his son Fred Sprigg d. 1949. Their death certificates list their burial in I.O.O.F. cemetery Parkersburg,WV. I understand this is now Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Is this cemetery indexed? I am trying to find Charles' mother, Susan. They may be buried in a family plot together. Any help is appreciated.
