In 1870 they lived in
1870 United States Federal Census > West Virginia > Wood > Williamstown
Musgrave, Dr James, 50, b Va,Physician
Marcilla, 45,b Va
Edward, 12
Ellen, 7

This is all I could find about him. I didn't locate him in 1850-1860.
