Not clear what you mean by "finding the draft records...."
If you are referring to the WWI Draft Registration Cards, you'll need to provide additional information, such as first names, DOB or best guess & where born. If you're looking for the Federal Government's paperwork associated with being drafted, that info is not online; it's held by National Archives (NARA) as are service records.
As for locating families of the two men, not enough info to even think about doing any kind of search. Minimual info required to do a basic seach is full name, DOB & where born. Additional helpful info would be names of parents, siblings, spouse, etc.
Sorry. If you find unit numbers, etc, it's possible someone here could assist in identifying these men.
