It doesn't make sense to me. The US was only involved in WWI for about 18 months. The resources for handling all the men they took in were never adequit. 50% of all inductees never left the US and some were drafted and discharged within 3 month's time. Why would any man would be called a slacker, espesially on an offical government document, when they were up to their ears in unused manpower? Notify Administrator about this message?
