In Ancestry.com the image of the draft registration card can be printed out or saved onto your hard drive as a JPG file.
I have done both with my fathers WW-1 draft registration
Most libraries that have genealogy departments have online access to Ancestry.com or Ancestry Plus. They will allow you to print the image on their printer - I have done this on US Census pages before subscribing to Ancestry.com
