The only thing that makes sense to me is "107th A.W.". That is the 107th Article of War. The Articles of War was the legal system the military used before the modern system, the Universal Code of Military Justice, came into use.
In the military "lost time" is any period an individual fails to be available for duty when he is legally obliged to do so. The time one is AWOL or locked up in the stockade as punishment is considered "lost time" and is added on to the end of an individuals enlistment.
