Robert Leo Wilson b. Jan 10, 1895 b. Clinton Co. MO single no depentants is lited in Ancestry's WWI Draft card database. He was living in Atwell, Callahan County TX, filed card in Callahan co. TX. Contact that county to see if they have a memorial to those who served and died who were living from there or the local historical/genelogical society.

From this website of transcribed tombstones in the Atwell Cemetery:
ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/tx/callahan/cemeteries/atwell.txt
Wilson, Robert Leo, son of R. M. & C. J. Wilson, 9th Div. Co. A 359 Inf. 1-19-1895 died in US Service in France
11-4-1918

The 3rd Vol of "Soliders of the Great War" page 298 for the state of Texas a "Robert L. Wilson, Atwell" is listed under heading of "Soliders Died of Wounds" "Privates"

Internet search 9th Divison, Company A, 359th (probably Infantry).

Good Luck
