WW1 Roll of Honor

I recently found an old " Our Roll of Honor" whichh lists service members names and dates they served from what I am thinking is a specific town? The dates are from 1917 to 1919. Is there a way to find these service members actual dates of service and the city they were from? For example one name is Flora Dudley August 29, 1917 - June 4, 1919. Any info would be great!!!
