Chrissie:
I am not related.
There are 3 Joseph Van Marcke's/one spelled Van MARCHE;
one was born March 19, 1874, Cyrille Joseph Van Marcke, one born April 28, 1882,Joseph Eugene, and one abt. 1895, all from Belgium. The first 2 appear in Holyoke, MA; the 3rd, b. 1895, immigrated to Canada and returned to UK 1925...this is probably the one you're looking for. He died in London also. One was married to a Millie; one to a Elodie? and the one in Canada to an Emily. They had a daughter Yvonne.
Not sure what information you want, exactly.
