I've tried contacting the Dept of Veteran Affairs, and they directed me to the NARA website, which hasn't been much help at all. It seems like everyone keeps directing me back to the NARA website. His grave shows that he was a veteran, but he wasn't buried in veteran cemetery. Notify Administrator about this message?
