I'm not sure what info you seek; the NARA holds WWI records. It would help if you knew the place where he entered the service, what branch, etc. He could have enlisted and there would be no draft registration for him. If he were killed in the War, there would be a record also.
I believe this man was b. Mar 9, 1901 and died Sep 22 1967 in Richland, Washington. Need more info from you to assist.
Perhaps an obituary for him would provide more info?
