Michelle:
I am not related.

Henry Theophil Hughe was born July 18, 1884, BE.
He registered for the draft in WWI Sept 18, 1918; the War was over in Nov of 1918; I doubt that he even entered the service, but HAD to register. According to the 1930 US Census for him, he answered 'NO' to the service query, so therefore, he never actually served.
His wife was Nellie, and his daughter was Emma in the 1930 census in CO Springs; Henry died June 1971 in CO Sprngs.
