I am not related.

Ancestry.com has several Thomas Mooney's in WWI.
The only one who was in Princess Louise's Argyll-Sutherland Highlanders Reg. was in the 1st Batt:
Pvt Thomas Mooney
born: Barony Lanark
died 17 May 1915
France & Flanders
Enlisted in Glasgow
PVT #14
Died of Wounds

There is another Thomas Mooney whose Batt. was the 2nd, but he was not in the Argyll-Sutherland Unit.
