Louie, on my casualty list he is listed as Worth Ross Lightfoot, GM3c, USN. That is all the list gives, which was put out by theNational Park Service in Hawaii. While I don't remember him that name seems to ring a bell too. I was in the "Gunners Gang", which was part of the "F" division. We maintained all the ammo magazines aboard.. So were in close contact with all those that were Gunners mates and the strikers (apprentice). But he could have been aboard and went into gunnery after I left there in 39.. I may have just known him casualy, When I was aboard there were about 500 in the crew, but it was more than double by the time of Pearl Harbor as after it was sabatoged they started to bring it to war tme strength. As expected I only knew many by just their face and not ever knew their name, unless I had some reason to be in close contact with them.. Though nearly 70 years has passed since then I still think of them.
Jack
