At Ancestry.com they have a database called "U.S. Marine Muster Rolls 1798 to 1940 and it has a Tom M. Trotti from Aug 1937 to Dec 1940, ranks and duty stations, abt 50 entries. Also he is listed in a database of WWII Dead with a mention of a Mrs. Tom M. Trotti of San Diego, CA.
