Search for Army Unit

My father was a Sergeant in Army in WW11. The only record I have is that he was at Normandy with 355th Eng Bat, 290th Cannon Co. His name was Lee E. Fishel and he was a Ssgt. Any help with where Co. was or anyone who might have known him would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Ed Fishel
