Hi Fleur,
This is a long shot. But there are about 93 Noe Flores' in the online phonebook. You could look at each one to try to find an appropriate age for who you are looking for by clicking once on the first "More Information" and then again on "More Information" by their names. There may be an age associated which could narrow down your search. And remember too...some may be related to your grandfather....maybe those in their mid 60's to mid 70's. You might write a letter to all of them that you think might be an option.
