need help deciphering abbreviations on Navy military records

My uncle, Alvin Mann, served in the US Navy in the Pacific during WWII. He was in the SeaBees. I recieved a single page from the National Archives when I requested his records and it was detailed but had many acronyms. If anyone could tell me what these acronyms mean I would really appreciate it.
