Hi, No expert and not related. Here is his partial enlistment I think. He enlisted in NY but his nativity is Illinois. Do you know the names of his parents? There is a Thomas and Mary Qualter that had a son named Anson born in about 1917. Do you know any of the names of his brothers or sisters?

Not positive but at one time he was buried in a cemetery with the number 2300. He may still be buried in that cemetery. I could not find him listed for any overseas cemeteries. I also couldn't find him listed in an MIA site I use.
