Hello, Within these two sites are many references to the 180th Infantry Regiment. Just check for those that mention them during WWII.

And this one has some history of the 45th Infantry Division. Be sure to scroll to the bottom after going to this site and click on "Components" line to see some more information. Also click on "Medal of Honor" recipients link at the bottom too and see that two men in the 180th were awarded those medals.
