Our thoughts are with all the veterans. My special thanks to the people of Holland who attend the graves of soldiers who died in WWII and are now buried in the Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial at Margraten. All 8,302 graves are adopted by local people. They adopted us then and they adopt us now. I was dug in between Maastricht and Margraten from Oct 22, 1944 til Mar 2, 1945 and I still have a Crucifix that a Dutch family gave me on Christmas 1944. Bless them all.
