Hello, It is my understanding that the records of Naval personnel of WWII was not destroyed in the fire in 1973. I would suggest that you send for their military records by completing the Standard Form 180 that you will find in the link below. It can take quite awhile to get the information. Fill in as much information as you can before sending it in.

I hope others have good suggestions for you. And I hope they can find their records for you.
